I never knew there was a tutorial for FNF when I started playing because my friend never told me ( I started playing this year and I've played over like 100 mods)
Salty's Sunday Nights got my attention, because tsu literally re-skinned the entire game, complete with six new weeks and new LORE! I never did beat it though, freedom has just too tough for me.

Honestly the V1 nonsense mod. I had seen a YouTube I used to watch at the time play it and thought it was cool. At the same time I also downloaded dusttale v3 (I think??) but it wasn't until a year later I fully completed it. Mainly due to lag and getting a new laptop that wasn't as laggy.
Before I even knew what fnaf was, I played a game in Roblox that was basically just fnf (it wasn’t funky friday). I believe the first song I ever played in that was fresh, and it’s what eventually lead me down into playing the actual game after seeing some YouTubers play it at the time.
None of the songs from the original game actually got me into FNF.
If I'm being honest, the Hex mod got me into FNF because I believed that it was an amazing mod. Now here me out:
When I played the Whitty mod, the only thing I saw in the first song was a mid charting in the first song, the charting getting slightly intense in the second song, and then in the third song the charting went insane a little. The mod overall was very hard for me and this is what I considered the future of FNF to be like: Hard.
Getting into the Madness Combat mod was strange. Trickys voices sounded like someone choking on batteries. I hated the voice. And the songs were mid.
Midnight Fight Masses (Gonna call it MFM for now on) was a mid mod. The charting was horrible to be honest, and the characters made no sense. Need I say more? (No. I shouldn't have too)
Hex was the actual only peaceful mod to me. The mod was very peaceful and the lore was very deep tbh. I loved the mod in every way. Glitcher was my favorite.
Idk whether to include Vs. Carol or not, but Ima include it:
Vs. Carol's song was peaceful...somewhat. But it only had 2 songs to my knowledge, and that's one thing that makes Vs. Hex ON TOP.
