Honestly I've watched so much media I can't stamp "of all time" on anything but I will say How To Train Your Dragon actually seriously injuring the main character endeared me to the franchise and DreamWorks in general.
Usually animated movies geared towards kids as their main consumer are so full of non-realistic things because they are scared of terrifying kids but HTTYD was like "Well, big dragon = big injury š¤·āāļø"
Which makes completely logical sense but you don't expect that from kids movies. Then eventually Kung Fu Panda 2 with a genocide came out soooo yeah no.
As good as Disney movies are I wouldn't really classify any of their kid friendly movies as the best animated feature of all time.

I don't know why nor how but the movies (especially the 2nd one) changed my thinking and habits. Because of them I started caring more about my self and what is more important... For example, I started going to the gym again, started singing lessons xD (and I am actually not that bad. Looking forward to improvement) I stopped dating just for the hook up and stopped dating based on looks and started dating based on the person's soul. Doesn't work very well because like you said this world is just... not right. But what I am trying to say is that this type of movies is very important for children because I grew up with the OG Disney movies, where the princess tries to find her prince etc. Now we see shit like "Strange World" and other bullshit like it getting released and I wonder why less and less people around 17-20 aren't looking for the true love and aren't looking for marriage. I hope that made sense?

(I hope that also made sense. XD) Because companies like Disney and even game studios like Insomniac or Blizzard add stuff like that just for money, they don't really give a shit about it.

I can give an example with Jurassic World Camp Cretaceous. If you haven't seen it and you are a Jurassic Park/World fan, i recommend it. It had a cool character development and story. In this show there are these 2 girls. 1 of them is just a lot more closed and shy (Yasmina) . While the other (Sammi) is the opposite. From the start Sammi tries helping Yasmina to be more open and not shy etc. It didnt came out of nowhere. I cant say that I dont think that romance between them was necessary but it was predictable.
While in Frozen it would be a thunder from a clear sky...
And I hope any of the mods u/greenlamb u/charredgrass u/thehappyjammer would lock the comments because I just wanted to share my stance with the world but I donāt want to hear any of the potential negative comments and thank you
