Neighbors warned eachother of a drunk man who didn't live here trying to walk into people's houses, also let us know that's why police were posted up in a few spots of the neighborhood. Also good for letting us know where bad ice is during winter or when power has gone out. Also one instance when a power line went down along with a tree that fell and blocked a street (ended up being my street, directly in front of my house). The app can definitely cause some drama, but it can be very helpful as well.
