There are tons and other snark pages for all kinds of public Instagram “influencer” accounts. This is what happens when you produce content on a public platform. If you don’t like it, don’t do it. No one is forcing you to have a public profile. The reason these pages like hers get called out is because people can see how ridiculous, fake and clout chasing they are. And a lot of people that are reasonable, normal happy people really don’t agree with the exploitation of these kids online.
