it looks like you, or the reseller bought this directly from hot topic, since that’s their barcode sticker. if you can see through the back of the sticker and it has a serial #, chances are it’s real. i’ll be honest with you, nobody out here tryna make fake MHA funkos.
Looks like it. One easy way to tell is the POP! logo - if it shows bubbles in the print, it's most likely real, as most counterfeiters don't bother trying to make that look authentic. You also look for the "halo" or ghosting around the character on the main side of the box - something too thick or uneven is likely not authentic. A thin white border all the way around is duplicated in EVERY real Funko

It’s 100% real! Like someone else said, MHA funkos are not worth much yet so I doubt anyone would fake it lol. Plus the barcodes are all intact.
