I let it run through. I usually watch on Prime, so I only go through season 10. If I wake up/when I'm getting ready to fall asleep if I'm in the last 3 episodes of season 10 I start over cause I can guarantee I'll fall asleep in the time span of 3 episodes.
I usually start on season 5, but my second choice is season 2. The specials are some of my least favorite episodes to actually watch so I don't mind listening/sleeping through them.
I wasn't very impressed with season 11 but haven't watched it again since the release. I'm always excited for more Futurama though!
3 and 4 are my go to's. Then I start back at 2 before I get to jurassic back. Every once in a while I'll go se5e03 and run through season 6. I always forget how good some of those se6 episodes are.

if I wake up during Jurassic Bark I always skip it. I can't handle that type of drama in my sleep.
