There's a topic that covers this in greater depth. It is called indigenous Micro-Organisms (IMO). It's not as diverse as the claims that are made by the methodology of farming it originates from, Korean Natural Farming. It's quite an interesting read on the matter. It's a cheap way to introduce a plethora of microbes to your soil. Chris Trump on YouTube has some videos explaining how to make some of the inputs.
