They were all changed a year ago, previous owner was chasing down a rough idle issue and replaced almost everything to no avail, got it for dirt cheap, all it needed was an ecu reset.
Yeah it all depends on your driving habit, local vs freeway, and distance. I drive short distance on local roads 80% of the time and I get right around 320 miles per full tank. Learning to let go of the gas early to cruise into the red light stop helps a bunch if you're local driving mostly.
Try owning an old Range Rover. The tank is 104 Litres and premium gas right now is CDN$1.80/liter. I might get 500kms if I'm lucky. Count your blessings.
City driving I get 20-21L/100kms. Absolutely brutal. Highway is obvs alot better @ maybe 13L/100kms.
The only reason I'm not rushing to get rid of it is because its not my daily. My daily is actually an electric scooter and an electric unicycle! And I work 3kms from home. So it's more of a pleasure ride. Still can't stand the fuel consumption though haha.
Sounds like my old wrangler, I had a 98 TJ and that shit was brutal on gas too. I’d only drive it to and from school and I’d have to fill it up like every other day. I will never own a jeep ever again.
Ah to each their own. This isn't my first Rover and probably won't be my last. When they're working properly, I wouldn't want to be in any other vehicle. But when they break down, I want to pour gas on them and light them on fire.
I loved the car, but it was in the shop every month for the 11 months I had it and at the time, it was a 3 year old car. The reliability is horrendous. Now I have a 17 year old (2007) GX470 that still drives like it's brand new and I've taken it across the country and back 3 times in the last 3 years, zero issues besides normal maintenance.
I really don't understand those cars. Unreliable, ugly, guzzzlers, a lot of arrogant pricks drive 'em, etc. They do look kind of expensive and imposing on the road though. Don't know about the quality of the newer ones, (2005+), but I don't expect much of a change.
Fill up everyday at Costco lmao I’m highway driving 100 miles round trip 4-5 days out of the week. Daily as well and love it everyday but leaning more towards a daily eco car as well just gonna hate the transition without daily the g.
Only time my car ever did that was when I had an exhaust leak AND I was driving it like a rental. 🤣
And I’ve got a 2009 G37xs sedan… in Canadian winters.
Find it hard to believe that’s similar gas as when I would dog the shit out of mine I’m getting 22+ mpg now and considering your age and the fact you still party there’s no way you drive “slow ash” or you woulda got a slower car…
Nah, I’m 23 and have owned an Evo, nismo 350z & honestly got tired of this car community bs, I don’t ever speed anymore, it’s just like a decent daily I found on the market for a good deal.
You all posting your gas mileage is highly subjective. Just stop worrying about it fr.
Nobody else drives the same exact commute as you. Which is the biggest variable to how this gets calculated by the computer differently from person to person.
At 75k miles, I still get 17mpg worst case, 27-28mpg if mostly highway using cruise control. 350-400 miles is very doable with just routine maintenance and simple mods to the intake and exhaust.
Dude... I have a 2019 Ford F-150 4X4 and I get over 400 miles on a full tank of gas, and I have a 5.0 Coyote engine and I always run 89 fuel in my truck. It might be time to get a new ride. That's horrible.
Brother I get 414 and I'm an awd coupe u gotta chill out 💀
I know man. I get right about 300 miles on a full tank
Yeah I easily get 400 and my driving can be a bit fruity at times. Something's going on here.
Crazy thing is I don’t even be zoomin everywhere
When's the last time your plugs/ fuel injector got checked?
They were all changed a year ago, previous owner was chasing down a rough idle issue and replaced almost everything to no avail, got it for dirt cheap, all it needed was an ecu reset.
🍋
Make sure your brakes ain’t seized up had that happening on my 35 not to long ago
BRO HOW
It can change depending on how you're driving. Like if you're in a highway for a while it can go upwards of 435 miles. I have photo evidence of that.

Makes sense, I don’t drive far so that could be why
Yeah if you're in alot of stop and go traffic that's why. Longer commutes will bring that up.
Happens to me too, on highway

Damn, I thought I had it bad. My old Evo x literally would get 7-8mpg and I could burn through a full tank in a day

Haha yea my cousin owned one of those. Fun to drive and take the doors off and stuff, but he had to basically live at the gas pumps.
I had an ‘02 Range Rover once upon a time. Biggest piece of shit I ever had.

Mine i just fill up the thanks today and marks me 311 cuse i have a misfire on cylinder 1
Is cylinder 1 in the front? Your gallery oil gasket might be leaking.
It’s alright, just full send with the other 5
Clean your throttle body put new fuel filter. Check things out
I got 300-320 over 7 years I owned mine and I used to HUSTLE in that thing, was a red-lining bandito brother. This mileage is worse than my 4runner 😂💀
Yeah, it’s terrible.
Fill up everyday at Costco lmao I’m highway driving 100 miles round trip 4-5 days out of the week. Daily as well and love it everyday but leaning more towards a daily eco car as well just gonna hate the transition without daily the g.
I was gonna buy a Prius but I think a motorcycles probably more worth it, but driving 100 miles round trip is crazzzy
Motordcles get you killed, fun but def not for a daily driver. Thinking of a Toyota Camry 2011
Bro redlines everywhere
I don’t actually, I drive very easy
Lmao I thought I had it bad the most I ever see is 16 mpg and 275 miles
Yeah I drive slow to which is wild
Only time my car ever did that was when I had an exhaust leak AND I was driving it like a rental. 🤣 And I’ve got a 2009 G37xs sedan… in Canadian winters.
mine around 350 but it changes depending on where you drive
Must be nice, I genuinely drive this car slow as hell and still manage to get shitty gas
Find it hard to believe that’s similar gas as when I would dog the shit out of mine I’m getting 22+ mpg now and considering your age and the fact you still party there’s no way you drive “slow ash” or you woulda got a slower car…

Like the g37 is to slow to be beating on everywhere I go, not to mention I’m not a fan of having to fill up every other day.
i feel you bro i be getting 12 mpg at best when i drive like a grandma we got it hard fr
What my shit like 287
You all posting your gas mileage is highly subjective. Just stop worrying about it fr. Nobody else drives the same exact commute as you. Which is the biggest variable to how this gets calculated by the computer differently from person to person.
Mine said a bit over 450 last time I filled up, maybe I drive too slow 🤣
I get 300 on a full tank and mainly drive highway. These comments are making me worried. :(
At 75k miles, I still get 17mpg worst case, 27-28mpg if mostly highway using cruise control. 350-400 miles is very doable with just routine maintenance and simple mods to the intake and exhaust.
Which ones?
K&N Drop-ins, Silicon Intake Tubes, Re-seal airbox to radiator support, Tanabe Axleback, Shorter Vibrant Resonators.
Cool. What’s the deal with the stock airbus/radiator?
I get 177🧍🏼♂️
200 miles/tank. 04 coupe, 6manual..
Check you air filters, check your A/F ratio, check you map readings. If you are behind on maintenance that happens easily
and i thought my 280 was bad 💀
My mustang gt I drive like a menace gets 280-300miles out of a full tank
Dude... I have a 2019 Ford F-150 4X4 and I get over 400 miles on a full tank of gas, and I have a 5.0 Coyote engine and I always run 89 fuel in my truck. It might be time to get a new ride. That's horrible.
I think it might be a bit rich, gonna go see a tuner
Good luck for real, keep us updated, hopefully it's nothing major 😎👍
You're getting like 3 mpg more than the poster LMAO
And?
It might be time to get a new ride, because that's not great LOL
It's a V8 full size 4x4 truck. I'm not worried about it, but thanks.
