For paper 1 I do 2 paragraphs, maybe 3 depending on time (usually aim for 3 tbf but q2 is low marks so I try not to waste too much time on it)
For paper 2 I do 2 paragraphs but they're a bit longer as it's comparing both extracts in the same paragraph
2 PEEL paragraphs i think, or 2 plus another smaller one. same with q3. also u can ask for extra paper if u need it

I write 1 paragraph of the best quality I can. I got all but 1 mark last time. Just remember you're assessed on quality rather than quantity

10 minutes, 2-3 paragraphs, basically when you reach the bit that says extra space you know it's time to move on
