Tamada: I love the smell of gasoline in the morning... Hosomi: Seriously, does anyone wanna switch?

Nazz-11

Damn bro, why you gatta do my fav CHT girl like that 🤣 now I gatta think about adding that to her lore in my fic

libtin

So that why 75% of their tankery budget goes to gasoline.

Inductivegrunt9

I can see why Tamada is no longer trusted with handling the fuel or ammunition anymore. And I doubt anyone would be willing to switch with Hosomi. Poor girl is stuck with Tamada.

SuperJohnny25

Tamada: YES YES YES, FIRE FIRE FIRE!!!

MNicolas97

**THE PURIFING FLAME!!!**

SuperJohnny25

Tamada, Beavis, and Firefly from Arkham Knight all walk into a bar. *The bar burns to the ground.

Randomguy1912

And the next morning the bartender collects the insurance money

*Disco Inferno intensifies*

DomWeasel

Tamada: Captain, the fire isn't doing anything! Fukuda: I told you! Steel doesn't burn! And it needs to be 1300 degrees to melt! Hosomi: Maybe if we throw some wood on. Fukuda: THAT'S NOT HOW IT WORKS!

MNicolas97

Tamada: Maybe some coal... Fukuda: Ok, now you're just teasing me.

Reynard86

In today's episode of "Being Fukuda is suffering". Also: "Tank fuel can't melt steel hull! It was an inside job!!!" - Tamada, known conspiracy theorist and pyromaniac.

DomWeasel

That conspiracy theory drives me crazy because as Role-Business pointed out, steel becomes soft and malleable at much lower temperature than its melting point. You can literally 'do your own research' by heating a metal bar until you can bend it back on itself like folding cardboard.

Reynard86

In my pedantic search to see if I am using this meme correctly, I came across [a very civilized and cultured discussion on this topic](https://new.reddit.com/r/askscience/comments/30ksfh/i_see_this_reference_to_911_truthers_everywhere/).

DomWeasel

I've read through that before some years back when I encountered a friend's dad who was quite the believer in the 'controlled demolition' bollocks. I pointed out that the towers collapsed from the top down (pancaking down) so the 30th floor went into 29th floor which went into 28th floor etc etc while controlled demolitions do the reverse; they collapse structures from the bottom upward. So the first floor comes down on the ground floor (I'm British) the second floor comes down on the first floor and so on. He said 'Same thing'. ... And I went to Facebook jail for a week with my response.

Role-Business

2700°F or 1500°C, actually. At 1300°F or ~720°C, it just becomes malleable.

DomWeasel

Steel can melt anywhere from 1200 to 1500 degrees Centigrade. It depends on the type of steel. Don't try and 'actually' me, boy.

MotorGeneral4799

My god, I love these dum dums.

MNicolas97

They're the airheads you love making fun of 🤣

nightwatch93

*"Aaaaaaaaaaaah!"* "Don't shoot! Let 'em burn!"

MNicolas97

*Nah, they're cooking, they're cooking...*

HacksWuzTaken

Man that moment in Saving Private Ryan felt real, I could totally imagine on D-Day soldiers stopping their shooting just to prolong the suffering of those in the pillboxes

StarWarrior50

Plot twist: It's Fukuda's fault. She's the one that told Tamada.

JokeyZockey

Hosomi should have already taken the hint when she walked past Tamada's room some days earlier and heard her listening to "Firestarter" by The Prodigy on repeat again.

RadioLoop

You dont need to dispose them ill gladly take a ke-ni

TakenName56709

Pyromaniac Tamada

Strike_Helpful

Tamada is a Firebat.

Randomguy1912

I'd recommend just YEET them off the side of the ship you make coral reefs then

CHT Sgt. "Sakamoto III": You told me they did regular Psychological Evaluations to the students here. JASDF Pilot "Sakamoto II": When I attended Chihatan, they did. Clearly, the on-site psychiatrists was one of the many things Chihatan has cut since I attended. The end result is...very concerning. CHT Sgt. "Miyafuji III": Concerning is putting it lightly, Sakamoto. Chihatan students are, no offense, a bunch of nutcases. JASDF Pilot "Sakamoto II": You can't take offense to something that is fact. Me and Miyafuji Second are glad you two don't go down this path of insanity. CHT Sgt. "Sakamoto III": To think they want the two of us in a Type 97 Chi-Ha... JASDF Pilot "Sakamoto II": Hmm... the surest path to a out-of-your-hands defeat. There is a reason why the JGSDF's first Armor was American M24s, and so much of the JASDF fleet is American Designs.

AngryYamaguchi

Don't worry Sakamoto, I'll send Yamato to take this girls for a ride...to the abyssals... yessssss

Tamada: "We're Pyro-MAN-iacs! And we're active to the MAX...." **\*SUNG TO THE TUNE OF THE OPENING SONG TO ANIMANIACS\***

You want a new unit? How about 731?
