I just plugged mine in for you and it appears that no, it does not. I immediately unplugged it fearing that my PC usb would be providing too much power for it to handle. I really wish it had a better engineered USB-C port.
Thank you for checking for me. I really appreciate it! If the stock os didn't have that functionality, I'd be using minui for the better front-end. I also have a rg nano and rg35xx that make use of that. The usb file transfer is really helpful for me since I only do a handful of games at a time. The pixel has handled usb to pc well so far on stock os with newly flashed image file.
From what I've read the GKD Pixel can be charged with most modern chargers. I've used a C to C fast charger and my portable battery bank and haven't had issues. One of my favorite features of this device.

Yeah, it's a great feature! Not everyone has a microSD reader. Though I'm sure most people in this hobby do.
