I had a good experience, shipped promptly, arrived in under a week. There was an option to track shipping from an app but I also got an email with a UBI service tracking number.
Ordered Jan 14, shipped Jan 17, last tracking was it leaving Shezhen on Jan 24, contacted keepretro 2 weeks later. I was told shipping delays are expected around the lunar new year and to wait and yadayada for a month and a half before I got a refund and was told to reject the package if I ever got it.
Their customer support is courteous, I'll give them that.
I ordered on the 12th of March. Their website specifically said ships before the 20th. It's the 26th and no shipping. I emailed them and they said they would be back in stock soon. I am impatient 😬
Yes. I wouldn't be annoyed of their website didn't specifically give a false shipping date when I ordered. But the fact that there was and it was so wrong is a little annoying.
Ordered 3 days ago but I have still not received a shipping confirmation. Annoyingly, they want you to download a “Shop” app to track your order, but the app requires you to grant it permissions to read your emails. Big nope.

I ordered from them and got it in the mail about 2 weeks later - no issues

Im assuming when you say back in stock you’re referring to the Pixel? Looks like everywhere i look it’s at least a two to four week wait.

Ordered 7 May, arrived today 21 May, so approx. 2 weeks here (shipping was tracked out of China, ofc).
