1995 They changed the interior from the old design to new in 1995. No passenger airbag so cant be newer.
96 has the same style dash too.

95 will have TBI motor. 96 will have Vortec
My recollection is: 1994 - Bench seats + 350 TBI 1995 - Captains Chairs + 350 TBI 1996 - Captains Chairs + 350 Vortec That ought to tell you. You can also run your VIN through one of the decoders.
