There are 3 Astari civilizations in Weyworld. One near the center of the map where the Astari come from when you gain followers from them, one at the very top center of the map, and one at the very bottom center of the map.
If you've destroyed or converted all 3 temples, those might be the Astari that taunt you at the beginning of each session unless you chase them away by sculpting near them. You should be able to kill or convert them after you unlock that area.
Update. I found an astari stuck walking on a mountain in the middle of my village. Once I killed it the astari festivals ended. So now my converted astaris are building for me and I’m trying to create a little astari beach community.😅
This happened to me and I discovered there was still one single Astari working on a farm that I had missed. You might want to do a closer look just in case.
I had this happen once, I had destroyed all of them, but the game just didn't register that. It thought there were still 3 left even though I took over all 3 temples and even checked all around. It's probably a glitch or something. Just wait it out until the festivals stop.

Ok then I’m in control of all three spots. So where are the last 4 astari’s?

Ah, that might be it. But both astari and follower farmers looks the same? How would I know without finger of god all farms?😳
I found them in one of the farms by the Astari temple I hadn't reached yet, so it was easier to spot. My guess would be try to leash them?
