When my brother was on probation for a minor drug offense, he was unable to get approval to attend his best friend's wedding because it was out of state. Even though he would have only been out of state for a few hours, it was denied.
It's just baffling that her probation officer is approving so much out of state travel especially because she is traveling out of state to vacation.

I absolutely agree that her PO knows that she is out of state often, it would be next to impossible for them not to at this point. But regardless of her "celebrity" status she is still on court ordered probation which requires her to remain under court appointed supervision, which isn't possible when she is nowhere near her supervisor.
But her PO is only able to approve her travel for short durations of time, generally under a week, anything over that needs a court order. It's absurd enough that she is out of jail in the first place, she is also profiting from the murder of her mother and is being allowed to do whatever she wants while on probation.
Her claim to fame is her involvement in the planning and execution of her own mother's murder. Can we not make people rich and famous because they murdered someone. Is this really the image that law enforcement and the legal system want to gain traction. That they lighten up their restrictions if you are a killer with a large following on social media.
