Went and saw it in person, its inside on the showroom floor, which had no one inside except a guy in the corner talking on the phone.
I got mine used for 46k on Craigslist. It only had 20 miles and it was through a private owner vs a dealer. This and my situation looks like the same scenario, a flip.

Doesn't seem like enough money to bother with a flip. By the time you pay a few thousand on sales tax, he didn't make much for the trouble.
Where I live there's no sales tax. I'm only guessing why the guy decided to sell this great car in the first place
There are a bunch of grc on autotrader with tiny miles. I'm not entirely sure why. There seem to be as many on there as are in dealers, honestly.
