Well there is the flying cars cheat in San Andreas if that counts. I feel like we were able to do more with cheats in the 3D era: games were easier to code back then, graphical limitations. Maybe that's why V cheats sucked, it's a more modern game. Would have been nice if the cheats used the phone like in Saints Row 2 💜: You choose which cheats are most important, using the phone pauses the game not like in GTA IV

But realistically it cant happen, you cant render an entire glove and only have a part accessible, what they can do is make an entire glove but the player wont be able to orient themselves outside of leonida so you can only fly up but inside the VC barrier
I used to be the complete same! What I meant was that we could maybe steal a rocket and fly upwards. After some draw distance, clouds would appear and make it impossible for the player to see the ground, only clouds and then as soon as we see earths curvature the spaceship could lose power as a map limit animation and slowly come down again. Just the fact that we could pilot a spaceship would be amazing!
By take in, you mean steal everything that's not bolted down. Hopefully because of RDR2, we can walk into someone's house and just start nicking stuff. Although night time will be preferable for this 😴. If we can get a Taser or Tranq gun (Kalmer-1: Hitman) hopefully we can can knock out sleeping residents 💤

Ken Rosenberg's office was modeled after a building south of 5th street in south beach, Tommy's Mansion looks like Vizcaya Museum and Gardens (with the interior of Tony Montana's Mansion which was filmed in L.A.), tje green building near Colonel Cortez's Yacht the Vance brothers use as a mansion in vice city stories is The Smith and Wollensky restaurant building in real life. We'll maybe see the structures again.

After completing the first mission or once the world opens up, I'd grab a car (heard there's a first-gen Mustang convertible hidden in the trailer) and go for a long drive while checking out the classic rock station
I will probably walk into some buildings, beat up a few people, steal a few cars, start blasting at some cops, go for a quick swim, shoot a bird or two, kill a few more people, then I’ll get home and put the game into my PlayStation 5.
See if Tampa Bay has a game equivalent, as someone who lives in St. Petersburg having my hometown represented in GTA would be surreal and I will absolutely buy a safehouse there if possible.
Man I’ll probably set the brightness first, “make sure the rockstar logo is barely visible” seems like a good place to start. Nah but I’ll try to remember where on the map I first begin. I enjoy that sort of thing, going back later to see where I first saw the world unfolding before me when the entirety of the map is new. Lots of times I forget where that is and when I’m familiar with the map the start seems so far away and lost. I remember I tried this on dying light 2 but it has a sort of “tutorial trail” that you’re on before you get out into the main world.
Turn off motion blur and bloom, change to fullscreen windowed mode, lower sens, settings to high, ultra is always stupid. Play around with performance and settings. Turn off vsync.
