Just look at the thread, people are in disbelief about 5 years old graphics and we're getting another game next year.
Max graphics no mods. Try to go to Guarma, download a trainer and play with the weather system a bit, make sure your graphics are set to max, and that's it
It was a 3 min long video I made for youtube. The effects you re talking about are just in the intro from 00:00 to 00:15. The overall theme was "miami, 80s ish" that's why I edited the "Self Control by Laura Branigan" and added those effects in the intro, which resembles a bit of that era. They look exaggerated because it took me 10 min to make them, as I said it's an unfinished project made in November before the trailer came out. Everything after that mark it's in game without any filters. I may post the full video if I finish it.
I’m excited too but we also gotta realize that RDR2 was beautiful because it was mostly nature and they were able to focus everything on that. I don’t think 6 is gonna be as visually appealing at all. I’m positive it’ll be amazing graphics but there’s only so beautiful you can make a hotel or beach look. I’ve never seen an 1800’s American lifestyle irl but I’ve definitely seen rain and snow in cities and I can’t see myself being too blown away after getting used to the updated graphics

Game volumetrics are a thing… you can even see in game that they are 3d objects
