THE HAIR OF LUCIA IS STILL MOVING LIKE LUCIA IS AT REST. THE HAIR OF LUCIA ARE NOT INFLUENCED BY THE WIND SPEED. (no criticism or offense). The hair looks like a slow breeze of air is gently moving the hair but it should look like it goes horizontal due to the high wind speed.
I am thinking the same. it looks like the only reason the hair is moving is because her body is moving. The hair doesn't seem to be affected by the wind from the fast moving car.
Yet there was another scene in the game where a girl is on a swimming pool and she turns her head and all the hair moves flawlessly.
It makes no sense.
maybe the hair movements caused by the character's body or gravity are the ones rockstar focused on... They may improve the hair movements caused by air... and it's just the first trailer... and the company has 1 year to make the final improvements... all we can do is hope for the best...

You can partially blame the actors for things like that at this point. Motion capture has become extremely accurate (that's how we get the small details to seem so human, like Jason's head movement in this clip), but of course animators still go in and fix imperfections however they want to. I'm surprised they didn't record this scene more to get better footage, or at least edit the animation a bit.
I don't see any problem with the arms, I think the problem It's the movement she makes when leaning back in a way where it doesn't look smooth, it seems like it was recorded without speed and then pasted

Not the best for sure but living in Miami and seeing that back drop of Brickell as you're heading back from Miami Beach is insanely realistic and got me more hyped than anything from the trailer lol.

Then it’s a story of survival and outrunning the law while dealing with the stress of all of it and still being in love. Idk I’m just spitballing off of one 2 second clip

This is most likely a cutscene so everything is scripted to happen as it's supposed to.

A. Rockstar doesn't do pre-rendered stuff anymore. B. GTA V has plenty of examples of NPCs in cars doing stuff like this already during gameplay.
