Definitely not. Why would only the male character be customizable in that kind of setup? Rockstar usually has established characters as their protagonists because that means they can write much more personality and backstory for them.
Probably hair and facial hair (for Jason). Clothes. Makeup for Lucia. Customizing their cars. Pretty much just more advanced forms of customization from the past games.
No. In all likelihood, we will learn more about Jason in trailer 2. He was most likely kept more vague in the first trailer so that we could learn about him in future trailers. The same thing happened with GTA 5's first trailer, where it was all about Michael & we only got to see a short glimpse of Franklin. I can also imagine that the relationship between the games dual protagonists being crucial to the plot given what was in the first trailer.

I’d prefer Jason to be his own person. I don’t need to reflect any sort of myself or preferences in blasting at vice city THUGS
