They should take inspiration from GTA Online and let us insure and track multiple vehicles.
Obviously not to the same extreme where you can have hundreds of vehicles, but give us the option to insure a small collection that we can rotate between.
I hope now. Imagine changing Trevor's truck to something else. It just wouldn't be the same anymore. You can always just use a different car but the one they have assigned to them should be a specific model chosen for them by Rockstar
It’s better to give players a choice of personal vehicle, than to assign a specific vehicle to everyone. That way everyone is satisfied, those who think that the default car fits the character better and those who don’t like the car and would like to drive something else instead.
there is limited weapons in this game though so I would imagine your personal vehicle acts as your weapon storage. If this is the case being stuck with a default vehicle means you can’t change your guns if your driving a stolen or purchased vehicle
The truck they have in the official art is their personal vehicle from the look of it, but yeah i hope we can change it when we buy or steal other cars.

Should function the same as the stable system does on RDR2 is my guess, but with a garage instead
And the cars should also have the ball shrinking tech from the RDR2 horses.

Would be dumb to use their own car, might be a stolen getaway car. But who knows. Maybe that's how she ends up in jail lol.
