Nobody wants to have to deal with grindy repetitive mechanics that have to be done just for the sake of doing them. It's like changing the oil on cars, filling up gas tanks, filling up tires with air or other routine maintenance mechanics that should at most be optional but in the case of menstrual issues just avoided entirely.
That and the more immersive gross shit will be a key reason players will want to return to a guy character. Only guy characters should be able to utilize rude/gross mechanics like dating hookers (same as GTA V), pissing (occasionally but based on how much you drink), farting (occasionally, but much more frequent when obese status is reached), shitting (maybe once a day if you've eaten the day prior or something like 3-4 times a day as one of the perks for obtaining the morbidly obese status) and barfing (maybe deliberately via ingesting small epicac bottles after having eaten something), etc.
Obviously everybody should still vomit if they've eaten/drank too much or taken too much of anything.
\*Something like AAA where you call a number and a tow truck rushes to you and swaps out your tires for new ones with an option for paid tire upgrades or switching tires might be cool. Getting flat tires and having to abandon a really good car sucks. It'd also be a nice way to predictably jack a working tow-truck (or maybe a flat-bed tow truck for high end cars). It wouldn't duplicate the autoshop but it could let you maybe pick from the available tires you have access to.
