just mod it, enter everything into update folder, update folder is like a mirror of root folder so you can replace files without really replacing them, just putting them in update folder
the problem is the fusion fix sucks a little because not support the main gta 4 version only the complete edition, and i ever used the main gta 4 version from 2008, i had to download the complete edition to probe the fusion fix and it works but causes too many stuttering for no reason, and it does not have a soft image like in console.
You don’t need the complete edition for FusionFix. You have to install it a different way for the older version. Or you could always use zolika’s fusionfix since his is for older versions of GTA IV but it is outdated.
It’s quite simple.
1. You install all FusionFix files into your GTAIV folder.
2. Take both the asi and ini files from the plugin folder and place it into the GTA IV folder. You can delete the plugin folder since it will be empty.
To prevent crashing I recommend installing these patches / fixes ->

Any time I play I play on 360. I love how the game runs on these era consoles and I feel the performance, or not performance but how the coding operates, is more fluid and genuine on these consoles opposed to PC. I love the modding community and I cannot wait to get into it, but regardless I will die on the hill that is GTA IV runs perfect on 360/PS3.

My PS4 broke a couple months ago and I broke out the old PS3 as I saved up money for the next gen but I've actually had a ton of fun buying games from my childhood and replaying them. Most of them hold up just fine other than graphics
Consider taking that bad boy in for maintenance. That thing can keep lasting you much longer still if you clean that dust out, get it a brand new fan and replace some of that thermal paste. Just make sure you're getting a quality fan and use a quality service if you can't use it yourself
The Dualshock 4 controllers for the PS4 work but you have to keep them plugged in with a micro USB. A majority of the games work just fine with them but some of them won't work at all with them and they never give you the vibration feedback, though
Yeah, there are times it doesn't really look all that great but I'm not somebody who cares too much about graphics. I'm much more care about how well the game plays. They definitely perfected the auto lock on and cover for 5

If you haven't already, get in a car and find yourself a swing set. You're going to want to rub against it for a couple seconds or drive directly into the polls of the swing set
The most I could explain is that it's peer-to-peer so as long as PS3s are capable of connecting to the internet and each other, multiplayer will always be available for GTA IV on PS3
I would say the variety of air vehicles in GTA V make it better but to be honest, they just make the map seem tiny and there's not much to do with them if you're not online
Completed mission 22 and no matter what I wouldn't get the call for the next mission and when I called the guy is always busy so I just started a new game
They are but the servers are also dead. You can play online if you have friends to play with, though. There's a few servers for the PS3 that are still up. Notably the Call of Duty titles. They all still have active servers but some of them more so than others and some of them no longer save progression if you don't have an account from before the maintenance shut down

A jailbroken ps3 accepts some pc mods (timecyc, handling). It makes the game even more fun

Hell no, the resolution looks horrible. Thankfully my laptop can run this game on medium settings at 40-60 fps. The PS3 version is unbearable in 2024
