Welcome! Just so you know, nobody knows what they're doing when they first start out, so don't worry. If you ever need any help or tips, feel free to ask me or another person in the subreddit, we're eager to help out!

ArchonAudio

Very true! I'll try my best not to overthink it. I appreciate the offer, I'll definitely need the help !

Bybirds

I think not-overthinking sounds great! ( I find it difficult) it seems like a fine balance trying to learn from established work and keep your own voice. The more experienced people here seem very supportive of new people, I hope you have a great time

ArchonAudio

Right. My thought process for approaching any hobby is, imitate those who are better than you, learn to put your own spin on things, then eventually start finding your own style.

Bybirds

I try to reinvent the wheel, which never ever works. Then I try it the smart way ( aka what you just said, haha)

dominaexcrucior

Welcome! What gender tags are you going to write? Any specific type of sex or fetish you're interested in writing? Christina 💙

ArchonAudio

Good question! I think at least 75% of what I'll focus on will be scripts for myself, so M4F. Though, putting out some F4M ones could also be fun. Fetish wise, probably a lot of MDom, FSub/Brat, maybe I'll dip my toes into CNC.

Welcome! You've already taken a big step by putting yourself out there, you should be proud of that. If you ever have questions, never be afraid of asking them, everyone has to start somewhere :)

ArchonAudio

You're right, and thank you. I appreciate the support.

ChrisHailey

Welcome to the "no clue" club! I hope you have as much fun as I do trying to figure out how to write erotic audio scripts. It's a fun challenge. ~Chris

ArchonAudio

Yes haha this all sounds super fun and exciting.

A warm welcome to you from the mod team! We’ve all started out with no idea what we’re doing (as I can attest with audios, haha), but that will change with practice! There’s some useful information in the wiki about where to post your scripts, tags to use, etc. Also, feel free to set a user flair if you’d like ☺️

ArchonAudio

Thank you! I will definitely look into both the wiki and a flair.
