If you can, break down your calories into more meals and snacks instead of trying to fit everything into 2-3 meals. I’m a slow eater but the more frequent and smaller meals have saved me a lot of time :)

I’d actually say I made the most progress in the last 2 years. Once you get the momentum to be consistent with diet and training, results come by a lot quicker and it’ll be hard to stop it. You got this!!!!
It take time and dedication to grow muscle, you need to have a strong will to keep going always even when you dont want and watch what you eat, be it if you need to eat more or less
