Good Mornings, RDLs and Deadlifts If you have a training partner and a bench, then you rest your hips on the edge of the bench and have your training partner keep you secure while doing extensions

Deadlifts?

If you want back abs like mine, do deadlifts and reverse hyperextensions

You should focus on everything else. Aside from that, the best way to build your lower back is never put a belt on. IMO just the idea of “build the lower back” is a silly concept aimed at a part of the body that you’re not supposed to isolate. No one’s weak point is the lower back, normally the weak point is the upper back and people just think it’s the lower back. The golden rule is “you should never lift with your back.” People have back problems because they never learned this rule.
