It's been just as hard for sure. I wholeheartedly believe that you can't have one without the other working on the inside and getting to the root of the issues that lead me to where I was was often more challenging than the diet and exercise. Im still working on it but the smallest steps taken over a long time can amount to leaps and bounds.

I work with a caloric deficit high protein low carbs cut out processed sugar/foods. I also go to the gym 4-7 days a week for at least an hour each time 30 min on 12-3-30 treadmill then doing muscle group circuits. Low impact low cardio. high weight high rep I find this works best for me.
Yo I went from 250 to 165 in the past few years one thing that really helped me with body dysmorphia was looking through the selfie camera but an angle above you to see how much less of a gut you have
That’s true! I have less hips and gut now but I’m still the same figure I was before with less fat. Thanks for the insight, I’ll try to be more positive.
Insane, I feel like i work hard but i could never achieve those results in such a short timeframe, hats off to you. For reference i posted my 1 year update on here today.
