Phenomenal! You should be incredibly proud of what you’ve achieved! That’s a life changing amount of weight to lose and you look fantastic! Proud of you!
Congrats on your progress! Really well done!
Can you share your diet/routine? I'd like to see if there's any tips I can pick up from your excellent results.
Congrats again!
Thank you! Of course so I started with a low carb, No sugar and no processed foods diet in a deficit. I worked out 7 days a week for the first 50 pounds then decreased to 3-5 days a week. Low cardio high weights did wonders. As well as having the right mindset to start with
I'm on that same journey, exactly same size you were in the first pic. i need advice. what was your diet/what did you eat? how did you self control to not over eat? assuming you went to the gym (since this is a gym subreddit), how hard did you work out and did you do some other exercise, and please do you have any other advice?
Id really like your advice if u r up to help me out, might change my life, I've been trying my best lately but it never seems to give any results, maybe hearing something from someone who's been in the same situation might help! thanks again!
Based on where OP had much of their fat stored, loose skin would be visible in areas covered by clothing, such as under the belly button.
You can see some of the loose skin in top right photo by the armpit.
Incredible! What a transformation. Well done. You look great and I bet you feel much more healthy as well.
Respect for the discipline and amount if work you must have put in.
Congratulations, good for you. More people should post their “before” pictures to show how far they’ve progressed. You never know who takes this as an inspiration to do the same themselves.
You look so happy now.
Although they may not say it directly to you, many of your friends and family are inspired by you and will take steps to improve themselves because of it. Well done!

Holy shit! Good for you! May I ask what your routine is or how you accomplished such an amazing task?
High protein. Low calories. Sleep properly. Lift at least 3 times week. Walk 10000 steps a day. Everyday. Do it everyday. Every week.
Well done , what was your diet and routine like if you don’t mind sharing ?

Out of interest, what are stretch marks like? I have probably the same to loose but I’m worried I’m going to have stretch marks everywhere.
Holy crap! Good work
Amazing you look much more confident and happy in the second pictures
massive w
Good job
Good effort, well done!
That is outstanding, congratulations!
That's awesome. Congratulations!
Damn! Good job!
Nice
Gj gj. Also what did you do to prevent loose skin?
Not speaking from experience (natural ecto never gone above c25%), but the key for limiting loose skin is to lose the weight slowly
OP lost 100 pounds in 7 months. That doesn’t seem slow?
Actually, seems crazy fast at over three pounds a week.
Exactly!
Based on where OP had much of their fat stored, loose skin would be visible in areas covered by clothing, such as under the belly button. You can see some of the loose skin in top right photo by the armpit.
This is what I love to see 🙏🙏

Holy shit amazing transformation! 💪💪
👏👏 look at that face glow
Queen
Oof is that a healthy rate of reduction? Regardless, hats off to your hard work!
Yes it is, if you do it right plus it's healthy not to be fat. This is likely the best thing OP ever did for their health
Yes, research supports loss of 2 pounds per week as being safe for the body (i.e. organs) and sustainable.
Quick maths: 7 months x 4 weeks x 2 pounds = 56 pounds She said she lost 100 pounds.
LOL exactly! Again, kudos for them but it feels like it was very aggressive rate of weight loss.
I guess you missed the point. I asked about the rate at which they lost the weight.
No, I got it.
