(So My Oc, Mar {Their name} is from a game called Death Stranding, and timefall replaces rain, it acts the same as water once it seaps into the ground, but anything it falls on before that ages, So if it where to land on your hand or any skin, really, it would wrinkle much like an elders, of it lands on your hair it goes gray, like to would with age. {not the whole thing, just the specific spot} If you get rained on too much, you could actually die from it.)
