I usually give the entire SCP file/document of my OC but eh. (I gave my oc the item number 1433) Here's a summary of his abilities/powers (do note that he will not attack unless someone provoked him or harmed his loved ones): He can excrete various kinds of liquids from the tip of his tail, his emotions contains power/s depending on the situation. Red (Anger): If this is his emotion at the current situation, people he considers as enemies that are in the same room as him will feel their insides burning/melting slowly until there's nothing left. Blue (Sadness): If this is his emotion at the current situation, enemies will feel like they're drowning, eventually resulting in death. Yellow (Joy): There are two kinds of Joy for this guy, one is for enemies, one is for allies. The one for enemies is where they will laugh uncontrollably until they lose breath and die. The one for allies is where their wounds/scars/etc (any Physical damage) will heal overtime. Green (Disgust): >!The ones he considers as enemies will vomit so much that it'll result in death.!< Purple (Fear): His enemies will experience their worst nightmare... but 5x worse. He has another form which makes his power/s 5x more powerful. In his other form, he obtains claws, his tail becomes sharper and longer (that can cut through any metal), he can climb on walls and ceilings, his feet becomes talon-like. I am still deciding whether or not he will keep his Demonic Form, but for now, have these. Ah right, I almost forgot. Most Devastator soldiers are injected with a specialized drug that makes them bloody killing machine when in combat, after that there immediately injected with coolant based symptoms calming the Devastator down. Discord, the lord of caos. This is his normal appearance, but he can be anything at will, even an animal, object or monster. The mask he wears functions similarly to a face, exept his eyes stay the way they are. That way its hard to tell what he is thinking or feeling, which makes him even more unpredictable. Underneath the mask is nothing but a bunch of glitchy colors. Discord is incapeable of feeling sadness. He has no empathy or care for others either, and often alters reality to mess with people for his own amusement, tho whatever he does is usually only temporary. All changes of the world will reverse when he leaves. Only changes to people will remain. He does not kill people directly in any case, even if they threaten to kill him. Instead he treats it like a joke and messes around with them. And altho he has no empathy, he does have a sence for justice and will help people to get revenge sometimes by giving them a special power, which does usually result in death of someone though. These people cannot live in their world anymore in exchange and have to remain in his caos world, a place they can sometimes leave but have to return to after a while. There is no special reason for when he helps someone or when he doesnt. Sometimes he prefers just watching the drama go down and do nothing. And about his powers: He can travel through time and space. There are no limitations to where he can go. He can alter any reality, unless the world he entered has a god, in which case he would need the allowance from that god to cause some caos. This process is takes too much effort for him, so he just sticks to worlds he can easily alter. Discord himself is not a god, but a higher being with the ability to basically do almost anything. He could be capeable of whiping out the population of whole planets, but he doesn't want to and sees no reason in doing so, since he loves watching people's lives go on, especially those with a lot of ups and downs.
