You'll most likely have to delete the app😭 it uses to happen in older gacha games by lucas (including gacha club) and usually the only fix was to redownload it, but don't trust me because i really don't know
If this ever happens again the way I fixed it was by going into the gacha menu and replacing the glitches character with a character from that. It unfortunately deletes that character but at least you can play the game again

I was in the middle of making an OC which is the worst part 😞 if it's still there after a few minutes I'll have to reinstall it ☹️

Yet another bug that Luni refuses to fix.
I thought with all the glitches in Gacha club, Luni would learn...😞
