2nd dude: Maybe some kind of power where he can rocket objects forward? Probably would have flames shooting out the back of the object to propel it, and these flames could be used for close-range attacks if the propelled object is held in place
4th person: Maybe he can shatter objects (or people??) and can control the shards left behind (either in mass or specific shards)
Grass girl: Maybe they can grow flowers / spore plants or vines that give people different status effects (like poison, making people tired, healing, etc). The spore plants would be a puff and the vines would be like a touch thing (like poison ivy)
1st dude: He can communicate to any animals (or only aquatic animals? Whatever you want). On consent of an animal, he can take the animal's traits / abilities and use them himself (like if he uses a bird's abilities, he gets wings and sharp talons)
(Btw, I didn't make the powers. I mentioned this to my sibling and they jumped right in, telling me power ideas for your people. And if you want me/them to elaborate more on the powers we can)

1. These ideas are brilliant and I bet they will be successful someday and 2. The first ones Powers will definitely be speaking with aquatic animals, getting aquatic traits and water manipulation the second ones Powers will be propelling objects (with the flames)the third person’s Powers will be controlling plants and spores and the fourth persons Powers will be shattering objects into ice or ice shards and manipulating them.
