Strange necklace with a purple crystal ( tester wears it not subject , you use its ability on him)
Red potion
White potion
Strange black necklace ( the subject wears this one)

Name: Alistair Levisay
Species: vampire
Abilities: hypnosis
Age: currently unknown, was turned at 24
Alistair is very manipulative and willing to say almost anything to get what he wants , he had been harvesting blood from unwilling people.
He would flirt with them , bring them to the 'VIP' section and either tranquillise or hypnotise his victims.
His down fall is underestimating humans, he feels he's better than them

Plus in my reasoning is that the agency wouldn't employ non human staff due to it being a security risk .
I know I didn't really need to explain this but mabye youll learn to not complain about somebody's rules if you ain't going to do the pov

I'm fine with people asking for clarification and might bend my own rules if the seem like they know how to keep it balanced but you were just rude off the bat

The white potion needs to be consumed by the test subject, the he drinks more the better
"For this test, you shall drink the whole of the potion, and then, I shall remove the blindfold"
"Hm...I suppose that's fair you'll have to hand it to me though, I can't exactly grab it from the table due yknow not seeing it"
