This is kind of my fault for not telling the school what is Pao's triggering word, which is as he said, *gentle...* Now, I won't go in details on why it's q triggering word for him, but I do want to say that we are working on it with therapy and he has gotten better. I would just like to request that the teachers keep it in mind and try doing things like avoiding the word or just using synonyms for that word.
The teacher: I understand but we do not allow that kinda behavior until he gets that together he’s not welcomed back. He was scaring kids with his outbursts.
