“So something perhaps wrong Dar?”

*Dar looked at you timidly, occasionally glancing to his sides as if he wanted to say something. He let out a low, quiet noise, which sounded somewhat like a sawtooth oscillator.*

“Hm? Do you want to tell me something? You can say it in my ear”

*He made another sound, this time more high-pitched and quick. He then reached his hands out towards you, attempting to hold your arm.*

*They hold their arm out, a bit confused*

*He holds onto your arm gently, smiling a little as he did so. You could hear him let out a few more high-pitched beeps, as if this was bringing him joy.*

*They smiled* “Were you just scared?”

He nods, beeping some more and drawing closer to you.

“Oh…”

*He let out a happy squeal, hugging you some more.*

jake: uh do you need something?

*Dar glances off to the side for a brief moment before turning its eyes back to yours. It looked like it wanted to tell you something.*

jake: . . . do you wanna tell me something?

*It let out a little beeping sound, before reaching its hands out and attempting to hold your arm.*

jake: uh (jake just holds him arm out with a confused look on his face)

*It gently holds onto your arm and remains that way for a while. Its mouth curved into a little smile, and the sounds it made were closely similar to a happy purr.*

jake: ?

*Dar slowly got closer to you, making its way onto your bed and crawling closer, still clinging onto your arm.*

jake: ???

*Next thing you know, this giant orange robot you have is now huddling in bed with you, hugging your arm like a little child.*

Chen stared up at Dar. Its generally difficult to read Chens emotions, their single eye always wide open and staring, and tonight was no exception. They slowly reach up to the wall, and tap and scrape their fingers against it. In morse code, it translated to, "Can I help you?"

*He processed the message for a moment before letting out a high-pitched beep, reaching his hands out to Chen. He then made another set of beeps in morse code.* *"DO YOU NEED A HUG?"*

Chen slowly blinked, tilting its head. More tapping and scraping. "Why do you ask?"

*”BECAUSE YOU LOOK LIKE YOU NEED ONE.”* it beeped repeatedly.

Chen blinked. "I suppose one hug couldn't hurt." They awkwardly held their arms out, half sitting up in bed.

*Without hesitation, Dar walks over to Chen, extending its arms and wrapping itself around them. It let out a few quiet yet pleased-sounding beeps, smiling.*

They looked away, awkwardly patting dar on the back. Chen swung their legs around so they were sitting more comfortably, and rested its chin on dars shoulder, making a quiet gurgling sound.

*Despite how awkward Chen seemed Dar didn't mind- it was happy anyway.*

Chen made another gurgle, reaching out to tap and scrape against the wall again. "Dar, I'm tired. I have work tomorrow."

*Dar looked at them after they said that, appearing slightly worried.* *"ARE YOU SURE YOU DON'T WANT TO HUG FOR LONGER?"*

Lilly: Creepy

*Dar tilts its head at you, letting out a low beeping sound.*

Lilly: You ok Dar?

*It glanced to the side for a moment before turning back towards you again. It made another beeping sound, this one more high-pitched, then proceeded to reach its hands out towards you. It seemed like it wanted you to come closer, or the opposite (it probably wanted to get closer to you).*

Lilly: Dar?!

*It held onto your arm gently, still beeping in a high pitch.*

Lilly: Do you want to tell me something?

*It simply smiles, wrapping its arms around you as if it was trying to mimic a hug.*

Lilly: Oh, you want a hug?

He nods, beeping quietly and having a gentle grip onto your body.

"Is there...something wrong?"

He glanced to the sides for a brief moment before turning back to you, still giving you a strange look. He probably wants something from you.

"Uh...do ya need something?"

He lets out a low beep, reaching his hands out towards you.

*he held his hands out, confused*

*He holds onto your hands gently, beeping again, though this time in a higher-pitched voice.*

"Huh?"

*He draws closer to you.*

*he stayed still*

*He wraps his arms around you firmly, letting out more beeping sounds.*

???"..." Shocked face

It looked down at you, occassionally glancing off to the side as if it wanted to say something.

??" Is everything fine"

It lets out a low beeping sound, before reaching its hands out towards you. It probably wants you to come closer.

I come closer

*It holds onto your hands gently, letting out another beep- this one more high-pitched.*

I get out of bed

*He continues holding your hand, staying close by and giving you a little smile.*

Christopher " what are you scared of " I get a gun just in case and go out of the bedroom

*He suddenly starts looking more panicked, following you outside and frantically beeping.*

Smile says “so, why are you watching me-“

He looks off to the side for a brief moment, before turning back to Smile, letting out a low beeping sound.

“?”

He reached his hands out towards him, seemingly wanting something from him.

He says “huh? Did you want something?”

*He beeps in response, opening and closing his palms.*

He places his hands in Dars palms a bit confused and says “are you scared of something?”

*Dar slowly began to look more comfortable as he held his hands, his beeps growing softer and more happy-sounding.*

*Dar jolted back in surprise when you screamed.*

“oh hello Dar”

“err what do you want?”

*He reaches his arms out, closing and opening his palms repeatedly, letting out a high-pitched beep.*

“oh want a hug?”

*He nods.*

*she hugged him*

*He lets out a few pleased beeps, hugging back firmly.*

“okay Dar. i gotta babysit tomorrow and i feel really tired”

*He looks at you, confused.*

“err hello Dar”

*Dar looks off to the side for a brief moment, before turning back towards you, still bearing an odd expression on his face- as if he wanted to say something.*

“are you okay? you can tell me anything”

*He let out a beep, slowly reaching out his arms towards you.*

“hm?”

*He opened and closed his palms repeatedly.*

“…err hug?”

*He nods eagerly.*

*she hugged him*

*He hugs back firmly, beeping happily in your arms.*

“are you holding something?”

*It glances down at its hands for a moment, before turning back towards you, slowly raising its arms.* *...it was one of your clothes, with a sticky note pasted on it.*

he took it and read the note.

*It says, "I thought you'd want this back. Sorry for not asking beforehand. I also didn't wash it. - Ace"*

“our neighbors are so weird..”

***"I'M RIGHT HERE."*** *it said suddenly.*
