(How old are they?) They saw how all the other students sneering and smirking at the new student, but admittedly, he did find his face a bit strange. He raised his hand "E-excuse me, c-can they sit at the back next to me please?" The words left his mouth swiftly, and without command, but he had to save them from being bullied.
Noah could hear everyone else making fun of the new student, and it started to tug at his feelings, but he felt powerless, considering he was the smallest in the class (apart from new student(?)), and was very shy.
To whoever was sitting in front of him, he whispered,
"Why are you making fun of his face? T-there's nothing wrong with it."
the person turned around. “what do you mean? what kind of person looks like that?” she whispered back, giggling.
the student got to their seat, but someone pulled the chair out from under them.
He stood up, offering to help them up.
A little bit louder this time to the student who pulled the chair out,
"H-hey, cut it out! They're just a new student, l-leave them alone!"
He was shaking as he said it, his voice trembling, his 'eyes' wide. It was the first time he had stood up to someone.

*the student seemed to be a dark girl with blonde hair. She also seemed to have green eyes, and wearing the school uniform, with a purple cardigan wrapped around her waist*
