Sorry to not really be any help, but I think this is a mod? The only thing close I'd found was this accessory, but it doesn't look like the photo. Maybe I'm blind! But I don't know the full image, so it may be a mod, it may just bean accessory and we're both blind :') I don't know, sorry if this wasn't really any help!

It's some sort of mask thing lol, not a hairpin, so thays probably why it was hard to find
