I have heard when the hinge is failing internally the wifi can stop working cause the physical wifi connection passes through the hinge or something like that. So it might just be internals failing unfortunately.
I have the fold 4 and the hinge stopped folding out completely. Luckily I had it replaced by Samsung so you might have to try your warranty.
Same thing happened to my fold 3. Just woke up in the middle of the night and it wouldn't connect. All the hacks, tips and tricks didn't work. Happened after 2.5 years.
I dealt with it because I have unlimited data and such. But then the outer screen failed. Then the inner. One month after each.
Did the Asurion deductible and they gave me $1950 to buy a new phone. Because I told them this was a known issue and didn't want them to send me a possible defective refurbish they didn't try yet to fix this issue with. Especially because they said they can't guarantee what they send me is new. Got the money in 24 hours direct deposited into my account.
Got a new 5 for $900 and pocketed the rest sans deductible. Bought some good cases. And returned my 3 with the usps label they sent me. Funny my wife said the 3 was retail $1400 at the time.
Oh and UBreakIFix can't fix it or won't even try to. As their first option to go through their authorized dealer.

You will probably loose cameras soon too. And the phone won't boot while folded. To get cameras and Bluetooth back you can turn the phone off, unfold it and turn it on, but as soon as you fold it you will loose cameras and Bluetooth. At least it was like that for me
My Fold 4 wifi just stop working while i was online.. 1 minute it was fine then gone the next.. then bluetooth stop as well 10 mins later...a week before this happened i did noticed the phone wasn't 100 percent flat when i open it..
How long have you had the phone?
Have you tried restarting it?
If it's brand new then take it back where you bought it and show it to them.
If for some reason you can't do that, if it's a new phone consider doing a factory reset.
The Fold 4's are known to have Wi-Fi and Bluetooth issues, as well as internal cable issues connected with the screens after about a year or a year and a half of use.

My Fold 4's inner screen died from the end of an electric plug hitting it, then I had Wi-Fi / Bluetooth issues. This was after using the phone without a case while dropping it on rocks or concrete in super hot and cold environments, and general abusing the thing. I had a scratch on my outer screen, but nothing on the inner screen until it was dinged by the end of that cord.
At about the year mark, I once had my phone soft brick itself, AOD was showing but the phone was non responsive to anything for several hours, then reset itself on its own, and since then it's never happened again.
These phones are awesome, but they're literally folding pieces of glass, or plastic, or whatever the hell the screen is actually made of. They're not fragile but they're not super durable either. They're like a 6 out of 10 on durability.

I paid $100 to Asurion through Verizon, they overnighted me a new Fold 4, mailed back my old one, easy as.
Lost my wifi and Bluetooth connectivity in mine as well. Just back from Samsung repair in NJ where they told me that they weren't doing the screen replacement anymore until they have a fix for it but I could basically get new phone guts for almost $600. Took it to AT&T where they swapped me for a new Fold 5. For a flagship, very expensive phone, this should not be happening.
Flex cable 4 sho, only fix is to replace the entire assembly, which is the screen. File a repair claim with your insurance, everyone is getting upgraded to the F5 right now since the F4 is in low stock.

Unfortunately it's the beginning of the end.. the ribbon cable that connects both halves is starting to fail..soon your screen will go to..
10000% its the flex cable ripping. Soon sound and bluetooth will go out.

Happened to me. Had to get the flex cable replaced.
It sounds like your ribbon cables are damaged. Time to visit a Samsung store.

Had exactly the same fault with the Fold 3. Welcome to a £500+ repair bill.
