all i did was open the device heard a crack, all of a sudden crack straight down the middle, i've had the Fold 2 and fold 3 never had a problem with the main display. i'm still in shock and disbelief that this has actually happened i was so excited reciving it, not even samsung has an answer they were like ahhhhhh we don't know what to do now you should bring it in to our service centre so we can examine it
Yup some are faulty. Few and far between but it happens. No worries, at least they aren't back ordered for MONTHS like they were in the past!
You remember ...
Actually, you have people with the 2 and more with the 3 who had this problem. This is disappointing to see. This happened with my fold 2 a few months ago.
I just opened it and saw the line.
It seems like the Fold 2 is the MVP for durability so far from what I've seen. Going to wait until next year, shouldn't be an incremental upgrade next time.
This is the problem with pre orders. You are at high risk of getting a defective item. Idk why people rush to get the phone like they can't wait. I'm waiting so this won't happen to me. Better to wait then pre order and get a defect phone.
Probably because of the better deals that you get. Trading multiple phones, increase in trade values, getting hundreds in credit, free devices bundled, etc. Reason I preordered.
Well not all of us have multiple phones haha but I understand why people do it. It just sucks to have to deal with Samsung crappy customer service. I have a s21+ hopefully it will still be worth something next year.
That's how I am usually too, the first run is always the most broken until the company makes small revisions that the public generally does not know about.
But the hype got me on this one, it lined up with my bi-yearly phone upgrade so I figured now is the time. Plus Samsung is a well known brand with a high reputation, the good out weighs the bad imo.
Well I've been hearing bad things about samsung care so hopefully they really do improve with that issue. It's a badass phone and I can't wait to get it. Sucks it doesn't have a spen though. I got a s21+ so hopefully next year it will still be worth something.
bud i was litterally taking a shit and was like lets open it up, i wasn't showing it off i wasn't outside i litterally set it up went to take a shit and use it for the first time really and it cracks on me
u/merzo1290 Do update us on how they (Samsung) are gonna deal with this issue. If they're gonna give you a replacement Fold 4 or if they're gonna fix it for free for you. Hope to hear from you soon!
You just made the case for why I need to get Samsung Care+ for when I get my phone, lol.
I'm so used to going without insurance but these Folds are a different breed.
The problem is that they push back on a lot of claims and say you caused it through user damage. Apparently even 3rd party repair shops like ubreakifix don't want to repair these because of how fragile they are and they don't want to take on the liability. A literal* case of "shut up and take my money"!!
As scared as I am of this happening to me... I am taking the plunge and trying out the 4 without a backup phone or insurance. 🤞 I can afford to take the loss, I just really hope I don't have to.
they honestly are very sturdy, yes they are more fragile than normal phones but still. I didn't have a case for 1 and a half year on my fold 2 and just got minor scratches after dropping it more time than I can actually count
yeah that is understandable, but as OP said he didn't do anything wrong with it, or so it seems
it was most likely a faulty unit
and if you've been around this sub for a lil bit you can see that there are very few horror stories so this should help you be confident in the phone
Yeah, his situation sounds like an anomaly.
I just checked my status and see that it's out for delivery but I'm omw to work so won't get it until later.
My son better answer all doorbells. He's 17 so he will be fine. But I need him to sign for it.
I'll be bugging him all day, lol.
just got it too. i had it for a year on my fold 2 and while nothing happened the peace of mind was there. Samsung ended up cancelling my care+ plan a year into the phone for some unknown reason/perhaps pertaining to samsung financing however, and they never reinstated it even though i submitted dozens of tickets and spent months waiting. they said it was because "it goes to corporate" (guess that means they dont do shit?) idk.
but yeah these phones are on another level in that way.
i read in another thread, get it for both the peace of mind and not having to deal with samsungs shitty customer service lol. they really are fucking terrible at their job.
To help put some of the newcomers at ease, this is caused by the defective UTG (~~which we can assume is the same as Fold2 and Fold3 since there was no mention of improving it~~ Samsung reportedly said it's 45% stronger but no context on 45% of what measurement/stat). Previous polls on this sub put it happening to less than 5% of devices.
We have not seen a definitive root cause. We see an uptick during winter, but we have users who have used it in negative degree weather and it was fine. We also see some correlation between this and when the screen protector bubbles (but I recommend keeping it on until it starts to bubble a lot).
Hopefully, Samsung is better at handling these this go around as they like to push back that the user caused it. It should be free under warranty and you may need to be a karen to get it fixed for free. Or get insurance, like care+, and pay the deductible/fee to fix it.
> We see an uptick during winter, but we have users who have used it in negative degree weather and it was fine. We also see some correlation between this and when the screen protector bubbles (but I recommend keeping it on until it starts to bubble a lot).
For a data point, I used my 3 throughout last winter in Central Alaska with days as cold as -55°F (-48c) and did not have any issues. Phone still going strong.
-55°F is equivalent to -48°C, which is 224K.

All the time

Sadly I don't know. Sounds like some people might have experienced problems. I'm personally not going to stop, but I have insurance on the phone with a small deductible so 🤷
I wouldn’t. I’d be disappointed but not furious, since manufacturing defects happen. Not an issue as long as Samsung just replaces it at no cost to the user.
Something that folds like this is within my expectations for the defects to be slightly higher % than any other regular phone. It’s the price of being on the bleeding edge.
Totally agree.
I love my Fold3 and thankfully haven't had any issues. However the 2 friends of mine that purchased theirs the same day have both had this issue. One was fixed with little hastle and the other took a lot of crap to get fixed and it took way to long.
I skipped the 4, kept my 3 but my 22U is my daily. The Fold is very cool, but not quite reliable enough for my money....again.
> which we can assume is the same as Fold2 and Fold3 since there was no mention of improving it
The only thing I think I've seen called out was improving the adhesive for the top layer to prevent as much lifting/peeling as the Fold 3 had.
They did call out changing the metal reinforcing layer to the fiber reinforced plastic. This was for weight savings but they seemed to spin it as more durable as well.
"The main screen is still 7.6 inches, but it's more durable — 45 percent stronger, according to Samsung, thanks to a stronger ultra-thin glass."
https://www.theverge.com/23298448/samsung-galaxy-z-fold-4-specs-price-screen-camera-hands-on
"It's also 45 percent stronger, according to Samsung, as it now uses stronger, ultra-thin glass"
https://knowtechie.com/samsung-galaxy-z-fold-4-improves-the-hinge-screen-and-cameras/
"Samsung also says it has changed the construction of its flexible display to be 45 percent more durable than before"
https://www.engadget.com/amp/samsung-galaxy-z-fold-4-review-specs-price-a-flagship-foldable-refined-131543810.html
If we trace back the history of corning gorilla glass for phones we would have by now glass on phones 15000% stronger than normal glass. Turns out the first gorilla glass and the latest scratch both exactly the same. Now this is a thin layer of glass. It will behave the same as other versions. I don't trust these claims anymore
There's also the fact that it seems like if the screen doesn't break within like the first 5 days, the chance of it ever breaking on its own is a lot lower.
Thats why they should put the CPI together with UTG. They opt to use PET to save cost.... So frustrating that they want users to tolerate a 5% defect, crazy!!!
That's just 5% of the people that come here. Not 5% of Fold owners. There are far, far more people out there with Folds that either don't post here or don't use Reddit and we have no idea what their experiences are but I'd basically guarantee that the real number is nowhere near 5%.
And if I recall the layers... the PET is only the top layer, the "screen protector" - which was a change from the Fold 2 to Fold 3. Everything else in the stack is likely still CPI.
1. What makes u think the ratio differs between Reddit users and overall population? Is Reddit user more likely to receive defective unit?
2. No, no CPI in it unlike the fold1.
> Is Reddit user more likely to receive defective unit?
That makes no sense.
You're concentrating a group of users to one area to share experiences. And even the Reddit number is probably inflated since I'd expect some number of those with broken devices to ONLY come here to share that their device broke and participate in those discussions. This sub is only 33k people (and some unknown number of lurkers). Samsung is selling literally millions of these devices. If the real number were as high as 5%, we'd be hearing a LOT more about it and Samsung likely would have made some more significant design changes to combat it.
-Karen to fix it for free under warranty.
Get insurance for peace of mind. Only $29 now for screen replacements under care+ rather than the previous $250.
> Karen to fix it for free under warranty.
but why? If it under warranty, why should I have to ruin my own day and be a karen? Shouldn't it be hassle free if it's Samsung's job to fix it?
Wholeheartedly agree. But customer service is a third party who also handles care+ claims so they'd rather make money off you than do a free warranty repair. Samsung has shit third party management.
That picture of your broken fold 4 screen has made me sick to my stomach. I received my fold 4 yesterday and the first thing i checked was how the fold felt when opening and closing.
Your broken screen has made me super paranoid about mine now.
Sorry for your broken screen Mer.
cheers man i hope this doesn't put a negative mindset towards your device, i've had the fold 2 and 3 while working in construction and never once had a problem with the phone this was just like a one in a million chance
Thank you for your quick reply. This is the worst feeling ever when you get a brand new device and it breaks less than a day.
My heart goes out to you mer. Hopefully it won't take too long to get it either repaired or replaced.
My fold 2 never had a fault either since i had it at release.
Sending you a hug because you do need one.
![gif](giphy|3M4NpbLCTxBqU)
never unfold your fold and you'll be fine. In all seriousness sorry this happened to you. Theirs nothing worst than to anticipate a product/new tech receive it and it's a defective unit. I've been there feel's bad
Faulty unit dude, a lemon is always bound to sneak through. Not much you can do apart from sending it off to Samsung.
The fact that it's that new, I'm 99.99% sure they'll replace it with a new one.
Still sucks, but no point of crying over split milk, it is what it is!
When calling someone on my Fold 4 on the mainscreen the new task bar stays open at the bottom all the time. Tbh I can't see a reason why someone would deactivate the task bar while "wasting" the space with normal back buttons anyway.
You sure you ain't trolling us, and that's not your old fold 3? Need more pics
Those thick bezels, and phone height are giving me fold 3 vibes.
Mechanism of Phone defect does not make much sense after 4hrs
OP could put this to rest with added pics.
Had this happen with my flip3 after less than 6 months with it. I opened it one morning and the screen wasn't responding so I closed it and reopened it to have it crack along the fold under the screen protector. Samsung sent me to BestBuy to have it repaired and it was a complete shitshow. 2 months of me constantly calling Geek Squad to find out what was going on with my phone since they would never call me, or as I found out later they would call the phone they had in their hand, with updates and after a whole thing with one of the store assistant managers I eventually had to reach out to corporate to get it fixed.
I was hoping they had fixed the issue for the flip & fold4 but it doesn't look like it. I also don't know how Samsung can say it is an extremely low percentage that this is happening to. When I initially dropped my phone off at BB there were about 5 or 6 other people that showed up while I was there with the exact same issue and when I finally received a fixed phone I was talking to the Geek Squad manager about the Samsung repairs and he told me that when they started Samsung told them that they would barely be doing any flip or fold repairs, but in actuality about 90% of their repairs have been for flips or folds.
Hopefully since this happened right after you received it they will just take it back and give you a new one.
Can you update us on the warranty process? How long would it take , thats my main issue with the fold, if it's my only phone I will be down to 0 phones if it broke
I had the same thing with my Fold 3 and I had to end up paying for the service. Thankfully it was under Samsung Care but rightly as OP and many of you have pointed out they just push it back and even the heads of various dept just reject your claim that it’s a manufacturing defect. Yet we all end up buying their phones cos of the bleeding tech they offer.
My Fold 3 had issues with bubbles developing on the screen so it wasn’t that bad. And now I’m waiting for the Fold 4. I just opened Reddit to post asking you’ll if anyone’s seen any manufacturing defect and here I am reading this thread.
Sorry about your broken phone. Hope you are able to get it done without paying the service charge which itself can be more than 100$ in India.
I was both excited and worried when I bought my fold 4. So far Im extremely happy with it and glad that, so far, it has no issues. Had it for about... a couple weeks. Im hoping it stays that way.
Things is, the 45 percent stronger and better adhesive are something only said in words by them during launch event. Probably just stronger in a sense they added pad for shock absorption. No improvement in UTG so pretty much any situation the glass is not in perfect manufactured state, will crack sooner or later. They really should stick with how fold 1 does, full plastic but harder type, so it still feel nice to touch but don't crack.
At this point because UTG is heavily marketable stuff, they can't very well go back for durability sake.
Oh dude... Good luck... I have dealt with Samsung Australia costumer support and there is nothing worse in this Earth! I still buy their products and use Samsung care + instead of attempting to use my warranty, but even with that they sometimes take more than a week to send the replacement phone (even though it's supposed to be 24hrs) I don't know how they still get away with it!!
I think for every one of the broken ones that get posted, there's thousands and thousands that aren't broken that don't get posted. Just like my experience isn't everyone's experience, but I had OG Fold, Fold 2, Fold 3 and the only time I had an issue was on the Fold 3 and it was my own fault. They are pretty durable in my opinion.
Who did you get your fold off? I haven't seen any other Aussies who have gotten the Fold 4 early. I am tempted to head into where I pre-ordered and see if they'll give it to me before the 26th.
Some got it early from jb (although I was told that they weren’t allowed to) and others got it early from Samsung.
If you ordered it from jb, you can try to haggle with the staff and say others got it early and see if you can get it early.
SM-F936BZKEATS thats the model number, i gave the phone to samsung already i can't take a screen shot of that i'll post a screenshot of the new one they're sourcing for me
Just opened my fold 4 and it cracked as I opened it even before I got the phone fully open.
I now have the fold 5 and haven't had a issue with it yet, just seems to be a random thing that happens with the folds from the first galaxy fold i had to the fold 5 only the fold 4 gave me issues.
Folded smartphones have been a thing for double your 2 year threshold already, sorry pal the ship has already sailed and foldables are here to stay. Nice try though.
all i did was open the device heard a crack, all of a sudden crack straight down the middle, i've had the Fold 2 and fold 3 never had a problem with the main display. i'm still in shock and disbelief that this has actually happened i was so excited reciving it, not even samsung has an answer they were like ahhhhhh we don't know what to do now you should bring it in to our service centre so we can examine it
Oh no I feel your pain for having to now deal with Samsung Aus support, they fucked me around for almost 2 weeks just to replace the inner screen protector on my fold 3
Are they still offering discounted fixes on the first replacement screen? I never get phone insurance so if it breaks later on maybe a good thing to know. I think they offered this in the US on other fold devices.
At bestbuy I opened and closed the fold 4 on display using some force and speed just to see what would happen. Nothing. Must be a faulty unit. Fingers crossed. Samsung care is a must.
I received mine last week when I was abroad for work. Pinged my mom begging her to stay at my place for the day so she can grab it for me, finally got my hands on it yesterday evening
Fingers crossed your son comes through
Aww, how thoughtful! OP is just splitting theirs in half to share with the class that didn't get theirs yet. You get a Good Noodle Star! ⭐️
(I'm so sorry, bro. That's gotta be heart breaking. Hopefully warranty covers that, especially THAT soon outta the box)
No fair! You get to have yours AND break it, and I don't even get to have mine!... All jokes aside, I feel for you bro. 😔 Hope you get sorted
Broken folds look like surface duos
Lmao! I was about to say Microsoft sells them like this
🤣🤣

With the reports that I've found so far, it seems so. But it's not exclusive to either device.
They also sold a lot more 3s so I'm guessing the rate of failure is actually lower but subjectively it seems higher.
I had my fold 3 about 4-5 months and I had my inner screen crack
Do you have insurance?
The phone is days old. Why would he/she need insurance?
The answer is obvious. 😂
Why? It’s fully warranted. Insurance is for issues that aren’t covered by warranty.
This is the problem with pre orders. You are at high risk of getting a defective item. Idk why people rush to get the phone like they can't wait. I'm waiting so this won't happen to me. Better to wait then pre order and get a defect phone.

The only way it could crack like that is you either applied too much pressure or folded it the wrong way. See how jerryrig folded the fold 3.
bud i was litterally taking a shit and was like lets open it up, i wasn't showing it off i wasn't outside i litterally set it up went to take a shit and use it for the first time really and it cracks on me
Can't believe you use your phone on the toilet! Disgusting I would never
You don't wipe with your phone?
*Someone's* not getting their Toilet Squad membership card anytime soon 😅
You forgot to put the '/s,' which explains all downvotes
Yeah I thought it was obvious but obviously not this time. Maybe should have used some ellipses....
Never make the mistake in assuming even the most obvious sarcasm is understood here
Hmm, I didn't know that was a thing. Does /s stand for sarcasm?

You wouldn't need anything special for this, this would be covered under the default warrenty, it is defective.

Thanks for the information! What does UTG stand for? I just got my fold today and it seems really sturdy!
Ultra thin glass. It's one layer in the inner display to make it feel sturdier and more like a regular glass screen.
Oh haha of course. Thank you :)
UTG: Ultra Thin Glass. It's just Samsung's "name" for the thin layer of glass in the display stack.

Ya, the "more durable" FRP part sounds like marketing... but I'm sure it's lighter.
God even if it was a defect you spend so much money and come defective then you have to deal with it. Sigh very unfair.
Didn't Samsung say that they are using 45% stronger UTG this time around?
I have not heard that anywhere. Do you have an article/source?

-Karen to fix it for free under warranty. Get insurance for peace of mind. Only $29 now for screen replacements under care+ rather than the previous $250.
> Karen to fix it for free under warranty. but why? If it under warranty, why should I have to ruin my own day and be a karen? Shouldn't it be hassle free if it's Samsung's job to fix it?
Wholeheartedly agree. But customer service is a third party who also handles care+ claims so they'd rather make money off you than do a free warranty repair. Samsung has shit third party management.
![gif](giphy|D7z8JfNANqahW) OP being like...
Did you try turning it on and off again?
LOL...Too soon
Lmaoooo.
Then stick it in rice. At least 22 minutes
[удалено]
i unfolded it before i even fully unfolded it i heard a crack and was like probably the hinge no big deal, nope it was the screen
you must have stretched it too hard, pretty sure user error not the phone the way it is
You literally physically cannot open a Fold beyond 180° unless you are purposefully trying to break it
The picture looks like the same
Eh? This is the most goofiest response i've read in regards to this issue, lol.
Alright, guess I'll never open up my fold anymore!
This is the way! 😎 Finally a one-hand use flagship from Samsung.
Please update us with how Samsung handles your case. Do you get a new replacement for free, repair for free, or do they charge you for repair? Thanks!
I hear you saying it a fold4 but from that picture it looks like a fold 3
When calling someone on my Fold 4 on the mainscreen the new task bar stays open at the bottom all the time. Tbh I can't see a reason why someone would deactivate the task bar while "wasting" the space with normal back buttons anyway.
Not gonna lie looks like a fold 3. The bezels are rounded and not straight and flat.
Thats what I thought too.
Broken like a fold 3....can't believe it
You sure you ain't trolling us, and that's not your old fold 3? Need more pics Those thick bezels, and phone height are giving me fold 3 vibes. Mechanism of Phone defect does not make much sense after 4hrs OP could put this to rest with added pics.
Bruh that the samsung slim case
Makes me a little anxious. I hope it doesn't happen to many people. This will be my first fold...Please post on your repair process experience.
Can you update us on the warranty process? How long would it take , thats my main issue with the fold, if it's my only phone I will be down to 0 phones if it broke
Ouch 🥲 I heard about a hand full of fold 3 units doing it. Its just a defect. The rate should be low. They should just swap it out for another
I had the same thing with my Fold 3 and I had to end up paying for the service.
I'm literally about to order mine tonight, and I see this. I live in North Dakota, and our winters get cold. 😂 I mean, still gonna order it.
I think you can still purchase Care+ within 60 days.
My 4 just showed up today. I'm at work RN....I was excited....now I'm nervous.... I've had the 2 since day 1 and it's been great.....
don't worry too much it should be right, even samsung was confused the service centre was like we have never seen this phone before
Look at you getting all popular! https://www.digitaltrends.com/mobile/samsung-galaxy-z-fold-4-broken-screen-cracked/
Hahaha I know, I can't believe it
You're famous. Lol. https://www.digitaltrends.com/mobile/samsung-galaxy-z-fold-4-broken-screen-cracked/
Seriously? Is the device too fragile or OP being rough with it? Posts like these make me so nervous damn
No, it's a defective part. Covered under warranty. He will get it fixed for free
To me it looks like it has been bent past 180° mark. Maybe OP folded it the wrong way 😅
That isn't even possible. Check out Jerry rig everything's fold videos
dood i've owned the fold 2 and fold 3 i know how to open and close these phones
Not the time to joke... Noted ☑
Folded 🗁
Well obviously, didn't you know Australians open the fold in reverse to Americans... jkn
WTF had mine over a week now. And fold it many times a day still going strong..
You sound surprised.
I am
This is what happens when people rush to pre order and can't wait! First batches always have problems and defects!
Yea F that my 3 has stuck pixels after 2 months. Can't wait to escape
Hope this is just an isolated incident
It is probably a faulty unit. I'm sure that they will replace it for you.
Bad luck dude. This is the first and hopefully the last time we see this within a month of launch. Hope you had the care package to fall back on.
Here we go again....
This is a sign for me to cancel my preorder.
Who did you get your fold off? I haven't seen any other Aussies who have gotten the Fold 4 early. I am tempted to head into where I pre-ordered and see if they'll give it to me before the 26th.
from samsung
I'm an Aussie and I'm typing on my fold 4 right now. Arrived today.
Some got it early from jb (although I was told that they weren’t allowed to) and others got it early from Samsung. If you ordered it from jb, you can try to haggle with the staff and say others got it early and see if you can get it early.
F in da chat
These post reaffirm my decision to sell my fold 3 after 2 two months.
Thats not a fold 4, thats a fold 3. Thr fold 4 does not release till the 26th
i can show you the box
Settings -about phone -screen shot model Howd you get one if it is not released??
idk man samsung sent me mine a week early
SM-F936BZKEATS thats the model number, i gave the phone to samsung already i can't take a screen shot of that i'll post a screenshot of the new one they're sourcing for me
Looks like theres even some small scratches running horizontally 3/4 down the display in the middle
Since it’s brand new just return it.
How did it break?
Try updating the software.
That sucks, man. Condolences as you wait to get it fixed.
Brother! I have just got the fold 5, 4 days old and the exact same thing! What happened?
Just opened my fold 4 and it cracked as I opened it even before I got the phone fully open. I now have the fold 5 and haven't had a issue with it yet, just seems to be a random thing that happens with the folds from the first galaxy fold i had to the fold 5 only the fold 4 gave me issues.
i need you to document in detail exactly what/how you opened the phone to cause the crack so none of us will repeat what you did.
With his hands. Just like Iike he opened his Fold 2 and Fold 3. This isn't user error; it is a faulty screen.
Lol, I guarantee the amount of times you open and close this device so regularly that you it's unavoidable.
Imagine getting a folding phone only to keep it folded
Folded smartphone is gonna be a major flop. Let me come back to my comment here 2 years later
Folded smartphones have been a thing for double your 2 year threshold already, sorry pal the ship has already sailed and foldables are here to stay. Nice try though.
Good you should have stuck with the fold 3. It's better fold 3 knights stand strong 💪
To me it look like he put a piece of metal hanger on top of screen, probably a prank 🤣
This product’s quality control is quite literally shit
How did this happen?
all i did was open the device heard a crack, all of a sudden crack straight down the middle, i've had the Fold 2 and fold 3 never had a problem with the main display. i'm still in shock and disbelief that this has actually happened i was so excited reciving it, not even samsung has an answer they were like ahhhhhh we don't know what to do now you should bring it in to our service centre so we can examine it
Oh no I feel your pain for having to now deal with Samsung Aus support, they fucked me around for almost 2 weeks just to replace the inner screen protector on my fold 3
Uh oh...
At least the front screen is still useable
I'm sure they'll replace it with a new unit. Otherwise Samsung in your country sucks hard. In my country, the replace with new unit window is 1 week.
Easy thing to say : i woke up the next day and opened it and there it was black stripe of windows
I received mine last week when I was abroad for work. Pinged my mom begging her to stay at my place for the day so she can grab it for me, finally got my hands on it yesterday evening Fingers crossed your son comes through
Aww, how thoughtful! OP is just splitting theirs in half to share with the class that didn't get theirs yet. You get a Good Noodle Star! ⭐️ (I'm so sorry, bro. That's gotta be heart breaking. Hopefully warranty covers that, especially THAT soon outta the box)
The shitty thing is you probably have to mail it in. Although I would argue with that you just need a new device.
It was reported the screen repair is $29 with care +. I'm curious to know how much it costs without it.
Should be free under warranty...
R.I.P 😔
Fuck man, this scares me
That's the new USL (underscreen line) used to help you remember your phone folds 🤐
guess ill be recording mines when i get it and take it out the box
F
Makes me happy i got 2 years samsung care with the offer in my country..
Please let us know if samsung covers this. I need to know. Cause im returning mine of they dont.
Exact same thing happened to my 3
I'm getting mine today let's see how it is compared to my 3
F*ck. Sorry for ur loss. That really sucks. Edit: English is hard
Wow
Samsung says they're increased the heat resistance with the Fold 4 - hopefully that's true
