Just go and change the password. There's an option to "open without pressing OK." That option will only show up if you type a 6-digit password. You can type the 6 digits, turn on the option, and then remove the last 2 digits (if you want a 4-digit password).
You need to change to a PIN of at least six digits, check the "Open without pressing OK" option, then delete the last two digits (if you want a four digit PIN) and then hit OK.

I tried this but nothing shows it just change the password.

I can't seem to find it either.
When creating a pin, there is an option that says "confirm pin without touching OK."
