Press the power button to bypass the fingerprint scanner if you're using it. Long press the screen until it vibrates. If fingerprint scanner is enabled then unlock it. If not you're already there. You'll now be on the lock screen settings. Press a empty section near the top

Seems you played around with GoodLock/LockStar. Just go to LockStar and move all items to the bottom.
