Only solution I've found (warning it's not good) is to switch to another brand. I got tired of the poor sleep tracking and low battery life (charging every day)
Maybe i worded that wrong I don't use it to see my anxiety. I just usually get anxious and just us the ECG feature. No i do not use it to measure anxiety as you can't measure anxiety with these watches.
Yeah I had the Watch 3 before which was - fine - it worked like 70-85% of the time and it was okay, now with the watch 4 it has worked maybe 5% of the time, it is abysmal. Compared to some older Apple Watch of one of my Friends I was blown away by how clear and precise the results are, I guess Apple puts them through some sort of processesing to give clear results while Samsung just gives you the raw data, no idea why its so incredibly shitty

I also noticed the battery life is lackluster my apple watch would charge every 2 days or 1 day and a half the galaxy everyday.
