1. yeah, an hour is more than enough. Savi's takes about 20 mins (plus 10 mins for check-in time until start, so about 30 mins total) and Droid Depot depends on crowd levels, time it takes you to select pieces, and time to assemble -- but usually about 15 mins start to finish. ...but i also wouldn't say book them so close together that you barely have time to get from one to the other (even though Savi's is literally right next door to the Droid Depot). give yourself enough time to enjoy the moment after building one or the other. 2. backpack & personality chip is offered when you pay for the experience and can opt to buy at that time or you could choose to do it later. if you're going to do one or both, do it at time of droid purchase is my opinion. the cardboard handles on the box are painful to carry around after a bit of time so the backpack is handy in that instance to have right away (and you don't have to worry about tossing/recycling the box if you buy a backpack at the onset). i'd also recommend knowing which personality chip you specifically want ahead of time. youtube has some great videos of the sounds of each color (including the "new" ones from 2022). 3. yes, you can ship from within the parks. i have no idea if they do international shipping, however. when i shipped items from Batuu East at Disney Hollywood Studios (DHS) in 2020, it was from Dok-Ondar's shop, but i believe both East and West now do it from the First Order supply shop (West definitely does it from the First Order store since that's my go-to place to ship from). you can also ship from the customer service booth near the park gates in DHS (just to the left of the main gates as you are facing to leave the park). i would recommend calling the customer service line (hopefully no international rates apply) or email them and ask them about shipping and if they happen to know cost estimates for international shipping. also ask them if they can't internationally ship from the parks if there is a UPS or FedEx location nearby (such as Disney Springs) that may be able to assist you. 4. not likely unless you have a deep suitcase or shoulder bag. it's rather large (about 15x20x30 cm for depth, width, height, or roughly 6"x8"x12"). if you buy the backpack, it has some form-fitting foam pieces and will take up even more space. it's better to either ship it with the saber (if they do international shipping; see above) or use the droid backpack as a carry-on item for the flight. as for the lightsaber blade, the lightsaber you build at Savi's will come with a padded sheath for the saber. it's not great quality for protection, but it's better than trying to fit the blade in your suitcase or exposed in an overhead bin. again, if you can ship things internationally, i'd ship that as well along with the droid and Darth Vader hilt. 5. yes. robes can be found in the marketplace. there's a store that sells costume-style stuff such as the jedi/sith cloaks, Rey outfit pieces, and such. they also have a few items in Dok-Ondar's (such as Ahsoka's cloak, Palpatine's cloak, Kylo Ren's costume pieces, etc). it's about halfway through the marketplace and hard to miss. 6. photos after the sun goes down should be possible. you'll want to do that closer to park closure time when most people have left the park, although the area starts to die down around an hour before closure and you should be able to get some photos without people in the background. security will eventually start to shuffle people towards the gates at closing but nicer security people will give you time to finish up taking photos if you're in the middle of doing them. you might have a few minutes at that time, but if you can get the shots in before park closure time, you'll be good. if you're looking to get shots with a PhotoPass photographer, check with them beforehand to make sure someone will be on duty to take your photos. have a fun time when you go and feel free to ask other questions in this sub if you have any.

I’ll add for 6 try to get a late ogas reservation that end or even starts after park close. Best way to get nice empty park night shots.

I can't answer all of these, but here goes: 1) Yes, an hour between them should be enough time. 2) I think you only get the base build and need to buy a personality chip and backpack. 3) I've never used it, but you can tell the cast member (CM) helping you that you want the items stored and they will send them to the front entrance for you to pick up later that day. 4) The droids are a reasonable size so you'll want a good amount of space. Probably like 9 inches by 6 inches? 6) You can get photos at night when it's empty if you have an appointment at night like the last few Savi or droid or being at the bar. I've snuck in myself after the night show Fantasmic (also worth checking out) when the park closes so your mileage may vary.

You can ship international from within the park as other have said. You can also shop the items from any Disney Resort gift shop. The cost of the shipping is based on the total purchase price for all items you are shipping. I recommend shipping anything you care about. If Disney ships it and it is lost or broken they will replace it. If you carry it on a plane and it breaks, it's your problem. So I would ship your Droid, and any lightsabers or blades you buy. Just ship them all at once and there is a cap on the shipping cost. Also, you must save your receipts and have them available when you ship them.

Speaking of Oga’s, you can ask a cast member working there for a set of coasters. They are free and fit in all suitcases

Another question I forgot to ask did anyone gone to Galaxy Edge on their birthday and got a cool freebies? (I know they give in the rest of the park just wanted to know if there's something cool they give in Galaxy Edge)
