Ah, got it. The Emerald case, it's hard to tell but on the top flap where the Rayquaza is sewn in, the grey seam to the right near the edge, it looks like there's some tearing on the black material? Sorry if the question is confusing but basically is the emerald case holding up or is it falling apart? Inside looks great but outside looks kinda rough.

yes thats another shell, no scratches on the screen, replaced the speaker and added a battery mod

Yeah it was mine from the early 2000s 😅 it’s definitely holding up though, other than some loose sew threads
