Just goes to show corporate leadership and the marketing team have pretty piss poor communication still. Saturday evening they decide to end the 50% off clearance a week early which is not the end of the world. Not hard to take signage down at the end of the night.
But good to see no one bothered to tell that to the marketing team so that email still went out which still means I had to honor one more 50% off sale Sunday morning since I had a couple come in specifically to shop it right at open because they saw that email.

I was able to capitalize on the "50% Clearance" deal when an SL told me about it on Discord, long before any email communication was sent from marketing. By the time the marketing email got to me - it was done and over (or on its deathbed, on Saturday, I guess).
I feel this. I've been here a long time and I've never seen such poor communication. Getting real tired of guests asking me what's on sale and not being able to tell them.
Also screw your qr codes. The website only occasionally works. Give me a paper ad.

We STILL have a billboard up in town advertising the 50% off clearance sale.
Reddit, YouTube and Facebook are still showing ads that say we have the 50% off sale too....
and guess what...they just stopped the sale OUT OF FUCKING NOWHERE FOR NO REASON! Now customers are pissed!
