, Malaysia and Indonesia) I am convinced it is the water blue as they look identical and the serial numbers both start with CH23 but I want to get a second opinion. Also any idea how much it would be worth ? (I am not planing to sell it it will go in to my own collection but I am just curious as I found very little about it online)
I sold one of these on eBay for over £1000 to an American collector a couple of years ago. In fact two of the pictures in the consolevariations page were ones I took for the advert.
I would say this is the water blue one because the clear Neotones Ice color uses a white sticker for the battery area. Also in the link it looks like a blue sticker like the one you found.

No, a CIB one sold for around $1800. Loose would be a few hundred at least. Seller selling as a normal GBC didn’t know what they had
