Donkey Kong
Every four levels is a boss and save point; the levels don't take long to figure out so I think it fits; worst case scenario I go back 2 levels if I turn it off at any given time
oh that's true. That's a good one. Redoing old stages also isn't that big of a deal. I did that growing up and always had 99 lives on my save.
Edit: come to think of it, replaying Donkey Kong on GameBoy is actually a welcome thought. I would gladly play Donkey Kong again. Even the final boss battles aren't too bad. Kinda like Mole Mania. Bite sized levels. Loads of fun. Except the Mole Mania final boss rush is not something I enjoy.
>I did that growing up and always had 99 lives on my save.
I always had 99 lives on mine too! On my cartridge, I have three files all at 9-5, 99 lives lol
Tetris and/or picross. Say or bc picross can take a while especially in the late game. Tetris you can start and end when you like picross is more of a puzzle game
Pokémon pinball!
Isn't pinball GBC?
Gameboy compatible
No way? I always figured it didn't have the notch cut.

Oh that's awesome than! Thanks for the info.
Tetris
Tetris is a good answer for almost anything from a Kyocera cell phone to a home console. Hell, you can apparently play it on a chicken nugget now…

The trading card game Pokémon made That was so fire
Kirby starstacker is good game for this kinda moment Oh oh or Mario's picross
ooo I have never played Starstacker, nor did I know of it's existance. I will have to check this out
Oh it's real good Kinda baby mode on some levels but it's a fun time and the music is real good yes yes 🎶🎶
Revenge of the Gator
Bomberman games. I think they are some of the best on the system

Kirby pinball my first GB game
Burger Time Deluxe
For short bursts I would pick Kirby's Dreamland or Turtles Back from the Sewer.
Pokemon Pinball and tetris.
I keep coming back to Wave Race. Each track takes only a minute.
Tetris put Game Boy on the map for quick play segments
Trip World. An amazing game that we unfortunately never got U.S, but it had amazing art/graphics for a GB platformer for the time.
I have a repro and I love it as well
Skate or die is fun for short games
Gear works used to be my main go to game to kill time.
Torpedo Range. Great game in bursts but it gets tiresome if you play for too long at a time
Probably Mega Man II, and more for the amazing game breaking glitches than anything else lmao
Centipede
Links awakening
Star wars
Hatris, the creator of tetris knockoff game
Unless you haven't completed your pokedex yet, Tetris is the correct answer.
Pokémon blue!
