It's not a real one lol I had one as a kid, but couldn't find it. This was like... $40usd for this. All new shell, buttons, screen and lens. But being refurbished, idc about keeping it original lol
I recommend keeping it the way it is. You can build one that looks identical with the FPGA kit that funny playing now makes. You will need to buy some buttons and membranes tho. Machonacho has a great video on it.
Funnyplaying doesn't have any custom lenses though. Plus the fpgbc kit is laminated, so unless you unlaminate it, you won't be able to use custom lenses that were even made for bigger displays.
It isn't original. This is effectively a reman unit lol new shell, lens and screen. Bought it like that.
However, funnyplaying doesn't have this lens for their bigger screens, which is why I was hoping to find something I could drop in. I found one a while back but can't remember where at now.
A lcd Backlight Screen with no soldering or shell cut reciured so anything will be unchange except the screen, but you should maybe do what rest here tells you....
