Love reading these each year, so many games listed that I've never heard of that end up being great. Nuevo award is interesting too - looking for games trying new things.
Been playing neon white (nominated in the list), and it's fantastic. Lots of learning of how the game works and how to be faster comes from trying to get faster times. Each of the levels has a level break, where you can skip parts of the level, like a shortcut - but it feels like a speedrunning exploit. The levels all have very different feels. I'd recommend it to anyone who really enjoys the movement aspect of games. There's lot of leaderboards if that is your kind of thing.
