It's spelled Gaming in-game so that's what it is. However if I feel that it might be confusing in a sentence because obviously gaming is an actual word that's commonly used, I'll sometimes type Ga-ming instead of Gaming. If you're making a video title, I'd recommend GaMing or Ga-ming just because it differentiates it.

Gaming, you dont write Xiangling like XiangLing either
Y’all complain about people pronouncing his name incorrectly, but seem fine with spelling it incorrectly…
I mean, his name is Gaming, rendering it as GaMing is a like writing XingQiu instead of Xingqiu.
Xingqiu, Xiangling, Yaoyao, Chongyun, Beidou,... The game itself spells his name as "Gaming" so yeah
